Yoga and your authentic self

Yoga and your authentic self

As 2014 draws to a close, it is time to let go of the previous year and reflect on what we would like to accomplish and more importantly, who we would like to be in the New Year.

In 2015, would you like to be more authentic? Yoga not only improves your body’s health, but can also improve your mind, creating a more genuine you. Yoga generates a calmer awareness, allowing greater reflection inwards to facilitate change. Self-image improves with continued practice. Would you like a more positive outlook on life to face the new challenges and opportunities of 2015? Sally Louise’s yoga classes are structured to help us develop greater compassion for ourselves.

Hatha Yoga heals and nourishes your body, as it relaxes you. This gentle form of exercise is designed to create an intensified state of consciousness. Your mind becomes quieter and clearer, as your body is restored and nurtured. The yoga student’s thoughts become more peaceful and tranquil, enhancing the body’s ability to repair itself. Feelings of inner harmony and emotional balance inhibit negative thoughts which can lead to stress. Stress can cause illness. Visit Sanctuary Yoga Studio to transform yourself into the beautiful, loving person you’ve always wanted to be.
